Purpose	The Plan is intended to be a management guide for White Earth resource managers. It will provide goals and objectives for present and future resource managers and it will provide a framework for project activity planning and decision-making. It will also help resource managers and/or the Tribal Council in the planning of a special project. The Forest Resource Management Plan required by federal regulations has been incorporated into this IRMP.
